1. Who we are

The Global Leadership Summit Singapore and GLS Impact are presented by Diverse Media Singapore ("we", "us", "our") in partnership with the Global Leadership Network. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, our registration system, and our events, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. The information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, mobile number, organisation and job title;
• Registration details such as pass type, team members you register, and any dietary or accessibility needs you share;
• Payment information, which is processed securely by our registration provider — we do not store full card details;
• Correspondence you send us by email or web form;
• Basic website and device information (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

3. How we collect it

We collect personal data directly from you when you register through our NDACS registration system, enquire about GLS Impact or GLS NOW, sign up for updates, or contact us. Where you register others (for example, a team), you confirm that you have their permission to share their details with us.

4. How we use your information

• To process your registration and payment, and issue confirmations and receipts;
• To send you event information, joining instructions and important updates;
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
• To administer GLS NOW purchases and access;
• To understand and improve our events, content and website;
• To send you news about future events where you have agreed to receive it — you can opt out at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

• Service providers who help us run our events, registration and payments (including our registration and payment processor), bound to keep your data confidential and secure;
• The Global Leadership Network, as our content and brand partner, where relevant to delivering the Summit;
• Authorities or advisors where we are required to do so by law.

6. Payment

All registration payments are handled securely through our NDACS registration system and its payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law and legitimate business needs (for example, accounting and tax records). When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it. To make a request, email admin@diversemedia.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your registration or provide certain services.

9. Cookies and analytics

When you first visit our website we ask for your consent to cookies. Essential cookies are always used to make the site work. Analytics cookies — which help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it — are only set if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can choose "Essentials only" to decline analytics, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and site data for this website. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information at every step.
